A Sneak Peak at Our New Christmas Collection for 2017
STYLING YOUR HOME THIS CHRISTMAS
By Rachael Baum, Interior Designer, Guy Phoenix Interiors
We’re feeling all festive at the Guy Phoenix Showroom in Nottingham. The latest trends and styles have come together to create 2017’s stunning Christmas range.
See Christmas as a yearly opportunity to experiment
Interior design and Christmas have always been a match made in heaven; A yearly opportunity to experiment with new designs, colours and trimmings to breathe fresh life into the home. After our little elves (stripy socks included) worked incredibly hard to create beautiful displays in store, I’ve picked some of my favourites that will transform your home into a wonderland over the winter months.
Items that will work with any colour scheme
The trend this autumn and winter focuses on luxurious velvet and jewel palettes accented with natural textures and tones which has inevitably become the focus on this years Christmas decorations. We have chosen a beautiful selection of nature-inspired items that will work with any colour scheme whether you decide to go for a classic Christmas red or if you are following the trend of deep jewel tones. Acorns and antlers are key pieces to include in this years collection which have decorated our showroom with stunning muted tones and soft accents of velvet.
Don’t miss our on our events
We’ll be hosting a series of events in store over the coming weeks to get you into the Christmas spirit, including a designers guide to trimming the perfect tree and a masterclass in creating a show stopping centerpiece for your dining table on Christmas Day.
